The TBC Shipmanagement Ltd was founded in 2011 in the city of Odessa, UA as a consulting and crewing company.

After 8 years of successful work in crew supply the company has developed a reputation across the industry for delivering a high standard service. Successful fulfilment of our clients’ needs and demands as well as assistance of our partners made it possible for our company to evolve into shipmanagement organization in 2016. At the moment we have a full staff of highly-qualified specialists who are ready to provide our clients with full package of services.

    We purvey shipmanagement services for our partners’ fleet and for reputable third-party customers. It includes providing of Technical Management, Crew Manning, Procurement Services and Accounting.
The strict adherence to International Quality Standards and full compliance with IMO, STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISO 9001:2008 and latest MLC 2006 requirements are our successful tools to satisfy our Clients’ demands.
Internally, our company employs a dedicated and loyal workforce which encompasses expert HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Payroll professionals, as well as experienced Crew Co-ordinators and Marine Recruitment Consultants, Marine Engineers and TSIs to provide you with an unsurpassed standard of service every time. 
 
Within our activity we work with Ukrainian and foreign marine specialists, however extending the preference towards Ukrainian candidates.
